Dallas Team Kick off meeting minutes

We had a great time at the kick off meeting. We watched Ed reboot his computer. I made the comment that these kinds of problems are good. It means that you are working with new technology.
From Left to Right we had myself Karl Johnson, Steve Pratt, Eric Bisso, Erik Johnson and Mick.
It was a chance for us to get to know each other, take a group photo and find out what our dreams and aspirations are. Here are some things that I recall we talked about:

Action item 1: Sign up for Friend Feed and twitter
Action item 2: Subscribe to each other in the group for Friend Feed and twitter
Action item 3: Everyone view the cheat sheet and get caught up:

Everyone is at a different spot in they 30 Day Challenge Journey:
Action item 3: What expertise can you give to the group?
Action item 4: What are you wanting to gain from the 30 Day Challenge this year?
Action item 5: What do you want to receive from the group?

Action item 6: Open your mind to receive niche ideas. Brain Storm for niche ideas and create a list. This is my second year. Last year I could barely think of 3 niches. This year I sat down and thought of about 30 in five minutes. I used youtube and sorted by most viewed on how to’s and went to town on things that peaked my curiosity. Finding a niche is a matter of tuning your mind into your surrounding environment to gather niche ideas. Comedians finds everything in their world as something funny to talk about. They have tuned their mind to recognize that there is humor in everything.

Action item 6: Watch and learn what Ed has to say in each lesson
Action item 7: Meet next week same Bat time and Same Bat Channel

-If you have an epiphany let everyone in the group know.
-If you find some useful information let everyone in the group know
-Remember, we are all here as a positive reinforcement.
-New 30DC’rs are welcome whether they are remote or local

I remember somebody once said, “The harder I work, the luckier I get!”
